Dell’s ‘Project Ophelia’ Called a Favorite Gadget at CES

One blogger calls the thumb-sized device the most interesting gadget at the 2013 Consumer Electronics Show, though it isn’t for consumers and is barely electronic. But it could very well change how people compute.
